MultiEX 016 is an automated nucleic acid extraction and purification system which can process up to 16 samples per run. Utilizing Magnetic Bead Separation technology, the Nucleic Acid Extractor has the capability of extracting and purifying nucleic acids from a variety of biological samples, such as whole blood, viruses, tissues, plants, animals, fungi, bacteria, cultured cells, swabs, feces, blood cards, etc. 
MultiEX 016 features lightweight and compact design, user-friendly touchscreen interface and excellent mixing capability. It can be powered by a 24V external battery, enabling mobile on-site nucleic acid extraction. It is equipped with UV disinfection system to eliminate cross-contamination between runs.
