1 kb DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 250 bp to 10 kb. The ladder consists of 13 DNA fragments which are blunt-ended. The 1 kb and 3 kb fragments are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. For optimal identification on the gel, please add Loading Dye (REF 306105 or 306205) to the Ladder.
