100 bp DNA Ladder (with stain) is used for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1000 base pairs on agarose gels. The 500 bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. 100 bp DNA Ladder is supplied in storage buffer with additional dye for easy and direct application to the gel.
